LG Optimus One - Why You Should Purchase This Smartphone
There are many reasons that people have fallen in love with the LG Optimus One cell phone, including its versatility with Android apps. Apps for smartphones is all the rage throughout the world the last few years. With this particular phone, there are over 70,000 available applications for download because it is Android-based Optimus One also has this feature because it is also a smart phone. If you're looking for an ergonomically designed smartphone, you will love this design.
We are not talking about winning a beauty contest, but the Optimus One definitely is designed for comfort. The LG Optimus One was created to be an efficient phone with capabilities that would make most people happy.
All smart phone makers have to decide at what point additional display quality will adversely impact the price. If a particular model is targeted to those who cannot pay for high-end devices, then what you find are devices with lower-end components. But the Optimus One uses a display that is not on the lower end of the spectrum. Measuring at a generous 3.2 inches, the type of display is capacitive. Of course there are more higher quality displays that offer increased richness of color. However, what you may find is the price differential will be a definite factor. However, with that said, the LG Optimus One screen resolution comes in at 320 x 480, and that really is not bad for a phone. As you know, Google's operating system is called Android which is something they developed. So far it appears that the Android 2.2 has been performing very well for the Optimus One. What you will find are fairly quick loading of the browser, and the average user should have no issues with it. If there were to be any possible speed bumps, then there is one area to be aware of. It is just that sites that have an above average amount of graphics could be slower to load if the memory is stock and not expanded. There is another possible concern with the processor used in the phone. Even though the speed is 600 MHz, you could experience some slower performance, but it all comes down to what you have going on.
There is a reason the Optimus has the name, and we feel it is due to having an optimal smart phone experience in many ways. It doesn't matter what mode you need whether it is for wireless operations, GPS or browsing the internet. Another reference with the name is that this smart phone is completely optimized for the Google services for the mobile platform.
Just about anything you will ever need is available and seamlessly integrated and put into service. There is impressive software packed into the Optimus One, and not the least of which is the Swype technology for fast text selection.
Many people are discovering the improvements found in the LG Optimus One cell phone. It is basically not possible to make everyone happy. For example, Flash enthusiasts will find the Optimus One to be lacking in processing power. However, we do feel that is a minority and the average phone user and web surfer will never know the difference since they rarely encounter Flash.
