Successful entrepreneur brothers Justin and Paul Yates have acquired and merged two businesses in Macclesfield with the aim of floating the sales promotion and print company, The P81 Group (http://www.p81.co.uk), in 2011. The company expects to announce 15 new jobs shortly as managing director Justin Yates transforms the combined business following a £750,000 injection from the brothers.
Promotions81 is a sales promotion, corporate gift and clothing business that counts David Lloyd, Esporta, LA Fitness and Virgin amongst its clients and P81 Print is a specialist digital print company. The two businesses now fall under the P81 (http://www.p81.co.uk) brand and will operate out of Lyme House in Macclesfield. Further acquisitions are expected.
