The Garden of Eden by San
Smythe has recorded about 262 species of flowers in 1937 and 29 more were added to the list of a few years later. You can find anemones, geraniums, marigolds, marsh, primroses, Potentilla, Geum, Asters, Lilium, Ranunculus, Corydalis, Inula, Brahma Kamal, Campanula, Pedicularis, Arisaema, Morina, Impatiens, bistorta, Ligularia, Anaphalis, saxifragus, sibbaldia , Thermopsis, Trollius, Codonopsis, Dactylorhiza, Cypripedium, Strawberry Epilobium and rhododendrons. Many flowers have medicinal properties found here. The valley remains in bloom for three months while the floral composition keeps changing every few days, in September, the flowers begin to fade and for the next five months, they remain dormant during the winter when the snow-covered valley .
